Our Services
At Quadrant Foot Health, we provide refined, evidence-based podiatry in a calm and professional environment. Our approach combines clinical expertise with modern technology, allowing us to deliver precise diagnosis and personalised care with long-term outcomes in mind.
Every appointment is unhurried, considered, and tailored to the individual.
Initial Podiatry Consultation
Your first appointment is designed to understand you fully, not simply address symptoms. We take time to listen, assess your concerns, and examine foot and lower-limb function in detail.
Findings are explained clearly and, where appropriate, treatment is provided on the same day. You will leave with a personalised plan, outlining suitable options and next steps, tailored to your lifestyle and goals.
Core Podiatry Follow-Up & Ongoing Care
Follow-up appointments focus on maintaining comfort, preventing recurrence, and supporting long-term foot health. These sessions are suitable for routine nail care, corns, callus, skin conditions, and ongoing monitoring.
Care is delivered in a discreet, calm, and unhurried setting, ensuring continuity and attention to detail at every visit.
Curacorn® Treatment
Curacorn® is an advanced solution for painful, recurring corns caused by pressure and friction. A soft, biocompatible dermal filler is carefully placed beneath the affected area to create targeted cushioning.
By redistributing pressure away from high-load points, Curacorn® reduces discomfort, protects the skin, and helps prevent corns from returning — allowing for more comfortable, natural movement.
Rapid Fungal Nail Testing
Nail changes are not always caused by fungal infection. Our rapid in-clinic testing allows for accurate diagnosis before treatment begins, ensuring care is appropriate, targeted, and effective.
This approach avoids unnecessary medication and provides clarity from the outset.
Biomechanical /MSK Assessment
A detailed assessment of how your feet and lower limbs function during standing and walking. Using footscan - advanced pressure-mapping and gait analysis technology, we assess movement patterns, load distribution, and alignment.
This forms the foundation for targeted treatment, rehabilitation, and orthotic prescription where clinically indicated.
Custom Phits 3D-Printed Insoles
Custom orthotics are prescribed only when clinically indicated. Using advanced assessment data and 3D scanning, Phits insoles are designed specifically for your feet to improve alignment, reduce strain, and support long-term recovery and performance.
Shockwave Therapy (Radial)
Radial shockwave therapy is used to treat chronic tendon and heel pain by stimulating the body’s natural healing response. It is commonly recommended for conditions such as plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendon issues. Treatment is delivered as part of a structured care plan, with progress reviewed to ensure effectiveness and suitability.
Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT)
Also known or cold laser / photobiomodulation - a non-invasive, non-thermal podiatric treatment that uses light to stimulate cellular healing, reduce inflammation, and manage pain. It is commonly used for musculoskeletal issues like plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendinitis, along with wound healing, Treatment is delivered as part of a structured care plan.
Complete MSK Care Package
Our Musculoskeletal Care Package is a structured, programme designed for people experiencing persistent or recurring lower-limb pain. Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, this package addresses the underlying mechanical causes contributing to pain, overload, or injury.
The programme begins with a full biomechanical and gait assessment to understand how your feet, joints, and muscles work together during everyday movement. Where appropriate, treatment may include targeted shockwave therapy to stimulate tissue healing and reduce chronic pain, alongside custom Phits 3D-printed orthotics designed to improve alignment and reduce strain. A follow-up review ensures your treatment is progressing as expected and allows adjustments to be made for optimal results.
This package is ideal for those who want a clear, joined-up pathway to recovery — combining assessment, treatment, and long-term support in one cohesive plan. It offers clarity, continuity of care, and better value than individual appointments, while providing a personalised approach focused on lasting improvement rather than short-term relief.
Verrucae (Plantar Warts)
Verrutop® Treatment (Nitrizinc complex)
Verrutop® is a clinician-applied, non-invasive treatment used to manage warts and verrucae in a controlled and gentle way. The solution works by carefully dehydrating the affected tissue, allowing the body to naturally shed virus-affected skin over time. Often recommended in the earlier stages of verrucae, Verrutop® is a conservative first-line option that requires no anaesthetic or downtime. Treatment is carried out in-clinic and may be repeated over a short course, depending on the size, depth, and response of the lesion.
Verruca Needling (Falknor’s Method)
Verruca needling is an advanced, evidence-informed treatment option for long-standing, painful, or treatment-resistant verrucae. The procedure is performed under local anaesthetic to ensure comfort, after which the verruca is carefully punctured with a fine sterile needle in a controlled manner.
This process introduces viral tissue to the deeper layers of the skin, stimulating the body’s immune system to recognise and clear the infection more effectively. Unlike surface treatments that focus only on the visible lesion, needling aims to address the underlying viral cause, which may also lead to improvement in satellite verrucae.
