Our Services
At Quadrant Foot Health, every treatment begins with careful assessment and clear diagnosis. We combine modern technology with clinical expertise and evidence-based care to deliver long-term solutions, not short-term fixes.
Initial Podiatry Consultation
Your first appointment is designed to fully understand your concern, not rush through it. We take time to assess your symptoms, examine foot and lower-limb function, and explain our findings clearly. Where appropriate, treatment is provided on the same day, along with a personalised plan tailored to your needs and lifestyle.
General Podiatry Follow-Up & Ongoing Care
Follow-up appointments focus on maintaining comfort, preventing recurrence, and progressing your treatment plan. These sessions are ideal for nail care, corns, callus, skin conditions, or monitoring ongoing issues, delivered in a calm, private, and unhurried setting.
Rapid Fungal Nail Testing
Not all nail problems are fungal. Our rapid in-clinic testing allows us to confirm a fungal infection before treatment begins, ensuring you receive the most appropriate and effective care without unnecessary medication or delay.
Biomechanical Assessment & Gait Analysis
A detailed assessment of how your feet and lower limbs function during standing and walking. Using dynamic footscan gait analysis and pressure-mapping technology, we identify biomechanical imbalances that may be contributing to pain or injury. This forms the foundation for targeted treatment, rehabilitation, and orthotic prescription where appropriate.
Custom Phits 3D-Printed Insoles
Custom orthotics are prescribed only when clinically indicated. Using advanced assessment data and 3D scanning, Phits insoles are designed specifically for your feet to improve alignment, reduce strain, and support long-term recovery and performance.
Shockwave Therapy (Radial)
Radial shockwave therapy is used to treat chronic tendon and heel pain by stimulating tissue healing and reducing pain. It is commonly recommended for conditions such as plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendon problems and is usually delivered as part of a structured treatment plan.
Ingrowing Toenail Surgery
A permanent solution for painful or recurring ingrowing toenails. The procedure is carried out under local anaesthetic using a phenol technique, with full aftercare and follow-up included. Our focus is on comfort, safety, and reducing the risk of recurrence.
Verrucae (Plantar Warts)
Verrutop Treatment
A conservative, clinic-applied treatment suitable for many verrucae, particularly in earlier stages. This approach is often used as a first-line option and applied over a course of treatments.
Verruca Needling (Falknor’s Method)
An advanced treatment option for long-standing or resistant verrucae. The procedure involves controlled needling under local anaesthetic to stimulate an immune response, encouraging the body to resolve the verruca naturally. Follow-up care is included to monitor progress.
Our Approach
We believe premium care is not about unnecessary treatments — it’s about time, accuracy, and clarity. Every recommendation is discussed with you, and all decisions are made collaboratively, based on clinical need and long-term outcomes.
